ADMISSIONS PROCESS
 

Get To Know Our School

 

We know how busy our parents are so we make our enrollment process easy and manageable, while making ourselves available for any questions needed.  

 

STEP 1: Once you're ready to start the enrollment process, contact the campus you're interested in enrolling your child to inquire about availability.  If there's no current availability for your child's program, we recommend you joining our waitlist.

Step 2: If the campus you're interested in has availability, schedule a tour for you and your family. Your child is allowed to join you for the tour. Due to high demand of enrollment spots, we only schedule tours for open available spots and/or during our spring open enrollment season.

 

Step 3:  Ready to enroll.  Our admin team will set up your child's Brightwheel account for you to complete your parent enrollment.  Your child's enrollment forms and $150 registration fee invoice will be uploaded in their Brightwheel account. The registration fee must be paid within 24 hours to hold your child's enrollment spot.  If the fee is not paid, the enrollment spot is considered open.  All registration documents must be completely filled before your child's first day.

 

Step 4:  After your child is officially registered, if applicable, schedule an allergy meeting with school director before your child starts.  This meeting is required for us to make sure that we have a full action plan for your child's safety.  

 

Step 5:  Purchase all of your child's required supplies and prepare for their first day of school.
